Through Portal the citizens can avail a wide variety of services like registrations, issue of certificates, utility services, payments services. Login ID means the login identity selected by the User during registration to personalise their Identification as a registered User. The Login ID must be used to access and use Bihar Online as a registered User. Due Date means the date by which the Biller should receive the payment of the bill. Payment Date Means the date the Biller actually receives the payment of the bill after due processing of the Payment |
