To provide job employment or self employment to at least one family member of rural Bihar in the next 5 years, especially to the deprived & vulnarable sections like:
* SCs and BCs.
* Women, Persons with Disabilities.
* Unemployed Rural Educated Youth.
* Weaker Sections / Orphans/ any other special category.
* Target 1,25,000 Job Employments & Self-Employments per year from 2008-09 onwards.
* For achieving this goal provide Vocational Education and Training to 2,50,000 youth for Job Employments & Self-Employments per year.

* Impart necessary skill set.
* Groom the students with appropriate soft skills.
* To be an important link between industry and the students benefitting both.
* To provide competitive edge to working individuals.
* Over and above BKC will guide the youths providing them guidance and support in findings suitable job for them matching their educational qualification and experience right from the training level.
